  • Auto-Immune Diseases
  • IBS
  • Cardiovascular Disease and Hypertension
  • Food Allergies
  • Wellness and Healthy Aging

Controlling Obesity
Understanding and support as well as approved counseling techniques help reduce weight without undue deprivation. Menus and original recipes that highlight vegetables and other nutrient-dense foods provide rich micronutrient support while they take off unwanted pounds.

Managing Diabetes
A landmark study proved that type 2 diabetes can be managed better and sometimes even reversed through a combination of diet and physical activity. As a registered dietitian, I’m trained to work with you to improve your blood sugar levels and impart self-management techniques that will help prevent complications from this potentially damaging disease.

Meeting the Specialized Needs of Older Adults
Preventing falls, maintaining strong bones and keeping a focused mind are of paramount importance as we age. As our bodies change, so do our nutritional needs. What we needed ten years ago may not be the same now. And more is not always better. Learn how proper nutrition at any age can make a difference. Home visits can be arranged.

Living with Cancer
Early support is the best support. Cancer survivorship requires an integrative team and individualized nutrition counseling. Whether you need to regain your strength, maintain your weight and boost your immune system, or in the case of breast cancer, control weight gain, I tailor dietary and lifestyle programs to your unique needs. The safest, healthiest nutrition is through real food, and our culinary expertise makes it easy and delicious.

Healthy Aging
Arthritis, hypertension, mild cognitive impairment, obesity, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, even some forms of cancer are greatly influenced by lifestyle factors: diet, physical activity, stress. Knowledgeable nutrition counseling can make all the difference. At Triangle Nutritional Wellness, we believe over 50 is just the start. You’ll be amazed at the difference proper diet and micronutrient support can make in your vitality, energy and focus.

Reducing Acid Reflux
I’ve written a book on this painful condition, which afflicts up to 60 million Americans. Latest research strongly suggests that many acid reflux diets are far too restrictive. It’s less a matter of what you eat, but how you eat and how much. Learn how to ease off damaging proton pump inhibitors and live pain free through simple lifestyle and diet modifications.

Detoxification
Having mercury removed from your teeth? Just off long-term antibiotics? In need of a deep internal cleansing? Safer and more effective than fasting, our hypoallergenic, calorie- and protein-restricted diet has proven effective with many chronic inflammatory diseases.
