Natalia Alexander, MPH, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist dedicated to helping individuals optimize their well-being and lifestyle. Natalia synergizes evidence-based research, medical nutrition therapy and an integrative approach to create custom nutrition plans, solutions and guidance for her wide range of clients. Natalia is passionate about helping her clients achieve life goals and takes pride in being available to guide each individual along his or her journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Natalia’s nutrition practice is open to adults and young adults seeking to integrate nutrition and wellness as part of a disciplined and holistic healthy lifestyle. She has experience supporting patients in the prevention and management of chronic disease, including cancer, diabetes, weight management, irritable bowel syndrome, cardiovascular disease, and hypertension, among others.

About Natalia Alexander
Natalia earned a Masters of Public Health in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, was awarded scholarships and served as a graduate assistant for the North Carolina Institute of Public Health. She has wide-ranging experience working in hospitals, a world-renowned cancer center, and a county health department. As part of her commitment to staying informed of advancements in research, Natalia was selected to participate in a progressive cancer research practicum at the National Cancer Institute in Washington, D.C. Natalia has also worked in different countries with various health disparities and challenges, and she offers a unique and valued perspective in her practice. In her free time, she enjoys painting, traveling and practicing yoga.
