Whether you have a particular disease, such as obesity, diabetes, or an auto-immune issue, or you simply feel you’re not as vital and energetic as you know you could be—physically or mentally—integrative nutrition may be the answer.

As with functional medicine, integrative nutrition examines each person as a unique entity, not just a single disease state, and it offers a wide variety of opportunities to improve your physical health, emotional wellbeing, energy, and mental focus.

These include comprehensive nutritional assessment and medical nutrition therapy, computerized dietary analysis and a personalized diet and recipes. Integrative nutrition support offers counseling for not only food, but environmental toxins, stress reduction, and physical activity, as well as genetic testing for markers that respond to food and/or supplements.

With gut food allergy testing it’s possible to provide appropriate referrals to complementary practices we offer at the Center, such as functional medicine, acupuncture, therapeutic massage and physical therapy.

Attend Susan’s free seminar on integrative nutrition support and learn more about the mind-body connection.
