Chapel Hill Primary Care offers comprehensive family medicine to adults, adolescents 15 years and older. The practice offers annual preventative physical exams, immunizations, chronic disease management, and women’s health services.

At Chapel Hill Primary Care we want to partner with you to understand your individual health care needs and goals. As board certified practitioners, we follow evidence based medicine and best medical practices in assessing and addressing routine, chronic and acute health concerns, as well as long term concerns that can be mitigated or avoided with healthy lifestyle choices, stress reduction and social well being. In-Network Insurance Plans:
Chapel Hill Primary Care is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Wellpath, Duke Basic and Select, and Medicare. Patients with other insurance plans need to pay in full at the time of service. However, our billing company will file your insurance claim for you and your out-of-network reimbursement will be mailed directly to you from your insurance company. Any labs ordered by the doctor and done either on or off site are billed directly to your insurance plan.

Patients without insurance should expect their medical visit to cost between $150-$200 depending on the complexity of the visit with any labs an additional fee.
