About Chapel Hill Doctors Integrative Health Center

Chapel Hill Doctors Integrative Health Center is professional home to solo and group medical practices and individual therapists. Collectively, we offer a wide range of medical, health, and counseling services.

Chapel Hill Doctors was founded with a commitment to evidence-based medicine, with a focus on conventional, preventive and integrative medicine. Conventional medicine uses clinically proven medicines and medical technologies. Preventive medicine emphasizes the impact that nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise have on your health. Integrative medicine incorporates other modalities such as acupuncture and mind/body therapies that can complement conventional medical care. Together, conventional, preventive, and integrative medicine comprise a comprehensive approach to your health care needs. Chapel Hill Doctors has brought together healthcare professionals, who, collectively, offer all of these components of good health care in a multidisciplinary setting.

At Chapel Hill Doctors you can consult or establish a long-term relationship with:

  • An integrative medicine specialist who can help you better understand your health care options, both traditional and complementary; answer your questions about the potential efficacy of various complementary and alternative treatments; or provide overall medical guidance in developing a health care plan for chronic or acute conditions or health maintenance.
  • A family physician for annual check-ups, acute and chronic needs, and ongoing medical care.
  • A gynecologist for annual check-ups; non-surgical gynecological needs; menopause management, and women’s wellness visits.
  • An ophthalmologist for adult and pediatric routine and surgical eye care needs.
  • A pain management specialist for acute and chronic issues.
  • A naturopathic doctor for homeopathy and self care.
  • A nutrition specialist for maximizing your health, managing a chronic illness, or preparing for, or recovering from, surgery.
  • A Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor for acupuncture or Chinese herbal therapy.
  • A psychotherapist for individual, couple, or family counseling; mindfulness training; clinical hypnosis.
