Ingrid Luo-Tseng, MD

A Cum Laude graduate of Stanford University , Dr. Luo-Tseng received her M.D. from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey and completed her internship at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. She completed her residency in Rehabilitation Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania.

Dr. Luo-Tseng is experienced in out-patient treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, pain medicine and osteoporosis. She has a special interest in movement disorders and spasticity, and performs trigger point injections. She practiced at the North Carolina Spine Center before joining Orthopaedic Specialists of North Carolina upon their merger and is currently on Staff at the department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Durham Regional Hospital.

Dr. Luo-Tseng is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Appointment Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays 8am-1pm

In-network insurance plans: Currently in network with Aetna, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Cigna and Coventry; soon to be contracted with many other insurance plans. For patients with out of network plans, the visit fee is $100 per visit.
