Kevin's professional experience includes twenty-three years of private practice working with individual adults, couples and children dealing with a variety of issues. His work is informed by Self-Relations Psychotherapy, 30 years of mindfulness practice, and extensive training in body awareness therapies. His practice style is integrative, interactive and direct, focusing on physical and emotional awareness in the present moment. Individual sessions provide a safe and consistent environment to explore life’s challenges and make healthy changes.
