Her work is a blend of therapeutic touch, stretching, movement, food awareness and thought and speech awareness. A session with Elizabeth can range from a relaxing Swedish massage all the way to the focus on affirmation as a vehicle to transform one's experience in the world. Often, a single session is a beautiful tapestry woven of these varied threads. Massage Therapies Therapeutic Massage: Elizabeth will use a number of different massage techniques for achieving stress reduction, relaxation, and pain relief. Techniques may include deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and trigger point therapy. Appointment Fees Massage work is fee-for-service only. Patients need to pay in full at the time of treatment. Patients can, however, receive a treatment receipt that they can submit to their insurance carrier if they have a plan that covers massage. Any reimbursement transactions are between the patient and insurance carrier.
