Counseling

It is often hard to feel in balance in the midst of pressure from work, family, illness, and other life challenges.

Leslie Lotina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years’ experience in mental health serving individuals, couples, families and groups. Leslie previously headed San Diego’s Chapter of the Stepfamily Association of America, Inc. She has taught parenting and step parenting classes as well as child abuse prevention trainings. She is a Contract Trainer with UNC Family Child Resource Program.

Psychotherapy Services:

Leslie offers professional experience with relationship issues parenting issues, step family issues, adults molested as children, conflict resolution, depression, post traumatic resolution, abuse issues, and families dealing with disability, including traumatic brain injury. Leslie uses a systems approach that deals with both the cognitive and behavioral components of a personal or relationship issue.

Leslie works with individuals, couples, and families.

Sessions are 50 minutes long.

Appointment Schedule:
Mondays 9:00-6:00pm
Tuesdays 1:00-6:00pm
Wednesdays: 9:00-6:00pm

Insurance and Appointment Fees:
Leslie is in network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

For cash payers: 1st Appointment: $110
Follow-up appointments: $100
